Delivery

What are your UK shipping options?

All UK orders are shipped with DPD on a 1-2 delivery service. Please note DPD do not offer a weekend service, therefore orders placed Thursday PM are expected to arrive the following Monday.

The cost for this delivery service is £5.10

Do you offer free UK delivery?

For all qualifying orders over £100 we offer free delivery. Your discount will be automatically added at checkout.

What are the delivery options for the rest of the world?

International orders are shipped by an independent service which aims to deliver within 10 working days. 

The cost for this service is £30 

All delivery timelines are estimates not guarantees. Please always ensure to allow extra time for your orders to arrive

Can I amend my order once it has been placed?

UK customers will be able to track their order status by using the tracking number provided in the dispatch email sent by the carrier.

We strive to have your orders delivered within stated time frames however from time to time there may be unexpected delays during transit - this is completely out of our control.

Why are international customers charged duties and taxies?

If you occupy in a different region, import duties and taxes may be payable upon or before the delivery of goods.

International customs offices will claim tax on parcels imported from the UK, which the recipient is responsible for paying.

The duties and taxes are set by the Customs Authority of the destination location and depend on various factors, such as:

1. Country/location of origin of the purchased product
2. Local VAT rates
3. Local import taxes

Can I cancel my order?

Please note, that due to the super-fast processing time of your orders, it may not always be possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. 

Should this be the case, the team will further advise on the alternative options available.

Can I amend my delivery address?

Please reach out to our lovely customer care team at hello@belolash.com and state your order number and request for a delivery address amendment. 

A member of the team will then check for you and advise if this can be amended. 

Please note, it may not always be possible to amend or update the address before the parcel is out for delivery and shipping countries cannot be amended. If the shipping country needs to be changed, the order will need to be cancelled and placed again.  Billing addresses cannot be changed at any point.

Can I track my order?

Returns

What is your refund policy?

You are welcome to return any unwanted and unused lash trays in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the item(s). We do not offer returns on any of our other products including sale items - only lash trays

If you wish to return you must email our customer service team at hello@belolash.com to receive further instructions.

Please note we only offer exchange/credit note

I have missed my delivery, DPD have returned my parcel. What happens now?

DPD will attempt to deliver on three occasions before returning your parcel to ourselves. Our policy is to refund any products that are returned to us and you will be notified by email.

How can I report a faulty product?

Please email hello@belolash.com within 7 days of receiving your order with any product faults
