Beth and Loren had both been working individually for around 2 years prior to joining to create BELO. They actually met on a masterclass day! The continued to stay connected via social media and met up socially this brought them to the idea of joining together to offer training courses. At the time this was something nobody else was offering, two experienced lash techs hosting couses together, they felt it would add more variety to the day and courses would appeal to a larger audience. The training courses became popular very fast with hundreds of girls booked on in the first year!
